Summary

The objective of the scoping trip is to (i) collect basic data on the diversity of traditional (=indigenous) vegetables in Madagascar, (ii) to learn about current practice of their conservation and utilization, and (iii) to explore opportunities for their sustainable use to support local populations in improving food and nutritional security.
